Return & Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation and Return of Products – Sale

  1. Our return and cancellation policy complies with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981. The customer may cancel an order and/or return products received, subject to the terms set forth below.
  2. Products that cannot be returned:
    • Products that have been used.
    • Products specially manufactured or customized for the customer, except in cases of defective items, subject to the law including the Defective Products Liability Law, 1980.
    • Jewelry ordered as special custom orders, jewelry with diamonds selected by the customer, or jewelry made to the customer's size.
  3. Changing or canceling an order by the customer is subject to the discretion of the business and the terms below.
  4. Upon receiving a cancellation notice, the business will refund the customer for the order amount. However, it may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order value or 100₪, whichever is lower, in accordance with the law.
  5. A customer wishing to modify an order by adding new products will pay the price valid at the time of the change, not the price at the time of the original order.
  6. Cancellation and return of products can be made within 48 hours from the order’s receipt, except for products that by law cannot be returned or canceled. The customer must contact the business to request the cancellation. After receiving the cancellation request, the business will coordinate with the customer how to return the product. Note: The customer is responsible for returning the products, and return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  7. Once the returned products are received and inspected, and their condition confirmed, the business will refund the customer within up to 14 business days. The business may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order value or 100₪ (whichever is lower), including any shipping costs if applicable.
  8. The customer must verify that the received products match the original order. If there is a discrepancy (e.g., incorrect quantity), the customer must notify the company within 1 business day. If no notice is given within that time, it will be considered that the customer confirmed the order was fulfilled correctly.
  9. For cancellations made through a credit card payment, an additional 3% processing fee will be charged.
  10. For jewelry purchased at a value exceeding ₪3,000, the business may, at its discretion, offer store credit or allow an exchange for another piece of jewelry instead of a refund.
