Free Shipping

We offer a complimentary and secure home delivery service.

For any order over 2,000 ₪: shipping is free.
For orders below this amount: a shipping fee of 100 ₪ applies.

Delivery time: 7 to 14 business days (Sunday to Thursday), excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, and the order day.

Actual delivery time depends solely on stock availability and may change accordingly.
When ordering multiple items, delivery time will be based on the item with the latest estimated delivery time.
Deliveries are scheduled by appointment with reliable courier services.
Delivery days are calculated from the date of order confirmation.

Worldwide Shipping

Estimated delivery time: up to 14 business days.
Some of our jewelry requires 1–2 weeks of production time — please plan ahead.
If no production time is required, the product is ready to ship immediately.
We ship internationally to Europe, the United States, and many other countries.

While shipping is generally fast, we are not responsible for customs delays or other delivery delays. Customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping methods and delivery zones may change without prior notice.
Shipping is provided by third-party couriers. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by them.
If the customer is not available at the scheduled delivery time, rescheduling is required, and additional shipping fees may apply.
